Returns
Please read the following before issuing a return request.

READ THESE FIRST

  • If you have received something other than what you ordered – do not fill out the returns form. Please contact customer service at contact@ntsupply.com.
  • If your UPS shipment has arrived damaged, please accept the delivery and notify us at damage@ntsupply.com. DO NOT REFUSE THE PACKAGE
  • If your freight carrier shipment arrives damaged please refuse the shipment and notify us at damage@ntsupply.com.

We will accept any product returned within 30 days of purchase, provided you comply with the following guidelines:

  • Item must be returned in new condition with all original packaging, manuals, parts, etc.
  • You must use a shipper that can offer tracking of your item. Shipping insurance is recommended.
  • Your return must be adequately packaged and a copy of your return request form must be included inside your package.
  • We do not offer exchanges. Please order the item you need and return the incorrect item for a refund.
  • There is no restocking charge on items returned within 30 days of purchase in new, saleable condition. Items returned after 30 days, missing packaging, or previously installed items are subject to a restocking charge of 10 to 100% depending on condition of returned item. Shipping charges will be deducted from refund amount of free shipping items.
  • ITEMS WITHOUT A PRINTED RETURN REQUEST WILL BE SENT BACK.
